1. Subscription Plans

AutoGenLeads offers subscription-based services. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at checkout.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • A technical issue from our side prevents service usage
  • The request is submitted within 7 days of purchase
  • The service has not been extensively used

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Misuse or policy violations (including WhatsApp policy violations)
  • Account suspension due to user actions
  • Third-party service failures (WhatsApp, hosting, API providers)

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Include your account details and reason for the request
  • Our team will review and respond within 5–7 business days

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Service Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically qualify for a refund.
